• All moulds are designed and manufactured by latest CAD/CAM technologies for high precision and quality.
• Mould inserts and shoes always maintain hardness over HRC55 by means of heat treatment for exact dimensions and long mould life.
• The underside faces of shoes are ground to maintain the gap the between a pallet and shoes within 0.2 mm.
• The whole manufacturing process is supervised by the self-checking program.
